Alongside two books on Aikido, we’re proud to be associated with the project and TV series, Ballet Hoo! In 2006 the charity Leaps and Bounds finished an amazing project to turn round the lives of 300 young people using Youth At Risk, Birmingham Royal Ballet and Channel 4 Television. Subsequently the charity has run many such programmes both large and small scale. These books include the story of the Ballet Hoo project and an instruction manual for anyone wanting to run a project, large or small, in the style of Leaps and Bounds.

These books offer guidance for parents whose children are afflicted with Chrohn’s Disease (given in blunt fashion by a young sufferer during convalescence from radical surgery), and support for those diagnosed with breast cancer and those interested in a pragmatic approach to sensible nutrition. There’s also a book of writings and artwork from a dementia project.
